We provide appointment-based tailoring, alterations, garment remodelling, and upcycling services in Shah Alam, subject to garment inspection, material assessment, and workshop capacity. Any proposed outcome depends on the garment’s construction, condition, seam allowances, and available materials.

Quotes and Payment
Prices for remodelling projects are quoted after review of the garment and requested design. A deposit may be required before work begins, and any supplementary materials are charged separately where applicable. Payment methods accepted at collection or by prior arrangement may vary by project.

All work is carried out on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee an exact fit, an identical silhouette, or an exact match for thread, trims, lining, buttons, lace, or other materials unless availability is confirmed. Cleaning, stain removal, dyeing, and specialist textile treatment are not included unless separately agreed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailor's Touch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from pre-existing fabric wear, hidden defects, prior repairs, or limitations in the original garment. Repaired or altered areas may remain visible, and no guarantee is given that a result will be invisible or preserve manufacturer warranty or brand value.
